Four days dedicated to the White Gold, including meetings, cultural events, exhibitions, markets and shows.The ancient tradition of salt storage is renewed, transport that takes place today as it did then, on a "burchiella" towed along the banks of the canal, from the salt pans to the warehouses.
"Sapore di Sale" is a celebration that speaks of tradition, culture, gastronomy, internationality and the rebirth of the salt pans.
For 4 days, the flavor of Salt blends with the flavor of the rediscovered harvest of the prized Sweet Salt.
"Sapore di sale" is part of our most significant traditions and is a real celebration for the city, for citizens and tourists.
